This is my first month with the Fitbit Charge 2 and very excited to start watching my progess. these charts will be the base for all future charts and scores.
Observations Surprised to see this so high, since I’ve been working as a web designer I’ve taken little care of my health and so considered my health less than average.
Actions & Goals I’d like to see this get to into the 60s by the end of the year.
Heart Rate at Rest
Observations Still believe this to be the best gauge of overall health. This month I’ve noticed when I’ve become dehydrated the chat would go over 62 so, at I’m drinking at least 6 cups of water a day especially when working out.
Actions & Goals To be consistently around 55 by the end of the year.
Heart Rate Zones
Actions & Goals As you can see I haven’t put much stress on exercises. Mostly due to the length of time exercising so in July, my Goals are to increase the times so there are more peaks(red) and Cardio (orange).
Observations I’ve integrated some bad habits around my sleep cycles, mostly about going to sleep whenever and waking up in the middle of the night to do a little work.
Actions & Goals I want to increase my rem & deep sleep and to do that will cut down on coffee and start some good habits about times for getting up & going to bed and staying in bed.

Actions & Goals This is the summer and a great time to get out and add some miles to my daily routine.
Weight Loss Trends
Observations Found out tahini, as healthy as it is, has a lot of estrogen qualities. I’ve been eating almost 2 tablespoons a day and noticed my tummy getting larger, so my plan is to stop for a month and see what happens.
Actions & Goals Start intermittent fasting with 2 meals a day, a late breakfast and early dinner.
