
This is a pretty simple butternut squash recipe that takes less than 5 minutes to put together and about 35 minutes in the oven or about 2-3 hours on a crock pot.
Recipe
Simply cut the butternut squash in half and spoon out the seeds. Add about a half a spoon full of clarified butter and about 2 spoons of real maple syrup to each half. I prefer to cook squash in a crock pot. This process add moisture and it's easy to clean up.
Haven't tried this with kids, but if their at that age where they don't like veggies this could be a game changer. Let me know what you think below.
