Dynamic Yoga: Elements of Yoga: Fire with Tara Lee
The Fire Element practice is designed to build heat, stimulate digestion in the body while cleansing and purifying the mind, body and spirit.
The 3 routines are put together so they can be practiced individually or as 1 flowing sequence.
Practice 1 20 Minutes ~ For intermediate and above practice; The routine starts with some breathing exercises to stimulate digestion in the lower belly area. This routine works mostly with variations of the plank, cat and downward dog to increase digestion, stretch and build a strong core.
