Fitbit Stats for February 2018

These are my Fitbit stats up to February 12th, the Holidays are over and weather is still keeping most of us inside.

Weight Loss

weight trends fitbit

The Holidays are over and my normal diet is back on track, and I’ve been able to pick up my steps and exercise rutinue.

Heart Rate

Heart Rate fitbit

There’s a hill not far from the walking track so My peak times have started to increased.

Starting seversal short workouts during the day rather than 1 long workout and expect this to increase the fat burning zone.

3 Months Steps

Weather has not been good but I have found an inside walking track that’s not too far away, so I should be able to bring my steps up.

Once the weather turns I’ll be out on the local hiking trails.

Sleep Cycles

Sleep chart

I have a very unusal sleep pattern that I am trying to change.

I have over 7 years of traing myself to wake up in the middle of the night, do a couple hours of work and then get a nother couple or 3+ hours worth of good sleep.

I want this to change.

Heart Rate at Rest

This is my over all gauge for tracking my health with Fitbit. My average is pretty much under 65 bets per minute, which in fairly average for good health.

WebMD had an article something to the effect over 80 (at rest) could be stressful and something to talk to your doctor about, but not to be alarmed.

Goals for Next Month

  • Cut down on inbetween meal snacks and replaced them with tea.
  • Increase steps, create a morning and or an after work rutinue.
  • Eat more food with trace minerals, prunes, quinoa and liver.
  • Cut back on the coffee.
  • Start a yoga practice before bed time to help with sleep cycles.
