
This well may be the best Flan I have ever eaten. A smooth creamy pudding with a caramel top and I think a touch of vanilla and something else. There's some fruit on the side and a rich dark chocolate netting.
OK, so this is not a regular desert on my diet plan, but with some of the 4 and 5 star hotels and restaurants importing deserts from China, this desert was worth it. Every once in a while it's OK to go off the reservation, just don't make it a habit.
