Frittata Ingredients
What a great way to jump start the morning with protein and plenty of healthy vegetables.
This is almost a Paleo Primal recipe, there’s plenty of vegetables including kale, zucchini, summer squash, spinach, red onions, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms, and they’re all organic. There was some left over turkey and turkey bacon was used on the bottom as a quasi crust. A small amount of Parmesan cheese was added just flavor.
